Full Race Day Sponsorship with Hospitality & Naming Rights
$9,900 + GST
(Excluding Coffs Harbour Gold Cup 2024 and Pink Silks Race Day.)
There are many different sponsorship opportunities at The Coffs Harbour Racing Club.
Offering endless benefits to sponsoring a full race day at The Coffs Harbour Racing Club, including the opportunity to invite clients, staff, potential business partners and suppliers to an enjoyable day of hospitality, networking and live racing.
All the basic inclusions of a single race sponsorship are included in the full race day sponsorship package, plus:
- Naming rights to the entire event including up to eight (8) races
- Point of sale advertising across the entire venue
- Digital advertising on The Coffs Harbour Racing Club social platforms and website for up to minimum one month prior to raceday
- Fundraising opportunities
- Option to host a pre-race conference on the morning of your chosen raceday (additional charges may apply)
Single Race Sponsorship includes:
- Naming rights to a single race
- On course signage opportunities
- Entry to the Parade Ring to present the trophy to winning connections of your sponsored race.
- An exclusive labelled bottle of wine with your sponsorship and winner of the race as a memento
- Full page advertising in the Race book
- Name recognition on all advertising for your race including newspaper & TAB form guides, radio 2KY & national affiliates
- Live coverage of the event through SKY and Thoroughbred Channel with over 2m viewers. Races are telecast both nationally and internationally.
- Logo recognition on The Coffs Harbour Race Club website and other digital channels
PLUS hospitality for up to 10 guests:
- Racecourse admission and entry into the Jim Browning Members Lounge for 10 people
- Race books
- Reserved table in the Jim Browning Members Lounge overlooking the winning post
- Delicious buffet or plated luncheon.
- Four (4) hour beverage package including tap beer, wine, sparkling wine, soft drinks, and water
*Any additional guests will be charged at $150+ GST per person.
