Located in the Merv Mercer auditorium, the VIP party is perfect for groups looking for attentive food and beverage service and easy access to betting facilities. Coupled with panoramic views overlooking the track and all the action. You will enjoy wait service canapes, private bar access, plus, new for this year, a private VIP outdoor deck andgrandstand seating to watch all the race action!

Includes gate entry, plus private VIP Entry and 12-5pm gourmet food and premium beverage package, plus a race book.

EVENT DETAILS

Time: Gates open 11:00am, VIP Party opens at 12pm to 5pm.

Wristbands: The VIP Party guests will be required to wear a Club supplied wristband, and lanyard supplied by Coffs Harbour Jaguar & Land Rover allowing them to enter the exclusive VIP Party area located upstairs in the main club. Entry is via the VIP staircase inside the main gate.

Beverages: The ticket includes access to VIP area, a 5-hour drink package including: Carlton beers, premium wines & sparkling, plus soft drink.Catering: The Cater Group will provide a 4-hour gourmet catering service including: wait service substantial canapes, grazing station and platters.

It’s an ideal venue to entertain guests, staff or clients with a great location adjacent to the Fashions on the Field, the Mounting Yard and with TAB facilities.

The Lawn Party is located outdoors in a fenced and sophisticatedly-styled purpose designed venue. With a private bar and gourmet food facilities, not to mention a great vibe, it attracts the younger-spirited and more fashion-conscious guests.

With dedicated catering by The Spare Chef, private bar and lounge-style seating, you are guaranteed to have a brilliant day on track! Plus, this year we have live music by Ben Francis to set the vibe for the day!

STANDARD LAWN PARTY - $120

Includes: Gate entry, access to the exclusive Lawn Party venue, 7 beverage vouchers and $20 in food vouchers for a range of delicious options provided by The Spare Chef.

VIP FASHIONS ON THE FIELD LAWN PARTY TABLE OF 10 - $1,450

There are only FIVE tables of 10 available for purchase, with reserved seating. Ticket includes two bottles of T’Galliant bubbles for each table. Bookings essential and strictly first in basis.

Exclusivity and personalised service takes this special event to new heights with a high-class race day experience.The Grand Champagne Luncheon features a personal hospitality service, a generous grazing menu and beverage selection including: GH Mumm champagne flowing.

Guests enjoy reserved seating in tables of eight, with a lavish banquet style served lunch. Situated in the Jerry Zuvela Lounge, you’ll have access to an exclusive outdoor area for race viewing and direct access to the Members’ Lounge facilities upstairs. Inddor and outside dining options available.

Note that these sites were sold out last year and first right of refusal has again been offered to these site holders. If they fail to take up their options, sites will be offered to those on our waiting list and then to new enquiries.
