TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Coffs Harbour Racing Club provides for the enjoyment, comfort and safety of its Members and all patrons.- No Alcohol, Glass Containers or Weapons are permitted on course.
- CHRC reserves the right to check personal goods / bags / eskies.
- CHRC has the right to refuse entry to any person.
- CHRC is a Licensed Venue. Patrons must produce identification and information on request.
- CHRC will not tolerate any intoxicated, violent, quarrelsome or disorderly behaviour. Offenders will be refused entry or ejected and may face prosecution.
- A responsible adult must accompany all children under the age of 18 entering the venue at all times.
- Servicing or supply of alcohol to minors under 18 is against the law.
- Smoking is not permitted in enclosed areas.
- Patrons may be photographed, filmed or recorded for promotional purposes at the racecourse and each patron acknowledges and agrees that CHRC may use any such image, film or recording in its sole discretion and without the need to account to or obtain any further consent from the patron.
- Unauthorised persons are not permitted on to the track at any time. Trespassers will be prosecuted.
- CHRC takes no responsibility for damage or loss of material, equipment or personal items brought to the course.
- Refunds will not be given in the case of bad weather as this is not in the control of CHRC.
By entering Coffs Harbour Racing Club property all patrons are acknowledging they have read and understand the Terms and Conditions.
